How it works

The class link stops being a scavenger hunt.

Everything below is how our own classes already run - just moved off Discord, Drive and DM threads onto one page per class.

For students
  1. 01

    Morning: open Today

Your next three classes, homework due this week and anything new from your teachers - one screen.

  2. 02

    6:45 PM: Join lights up

The link unlocks 15 minutes before class on the session page. One tap, straight into Zoom or Meet.

  3. 03

    After class: notes appear

The recording and notes attach to that same class, so “what did we do on 12 March” takes one click.

  4. 04

Stuck at 11 PM: ask a doubt

Photograph your working, tag the topic, post it. Teachers answer from their doubt queue.

For teachers
  1. 01

    Sunday prep

Open next week, paste links for every session, attach a pre-read, set Friday's homework, post one announcement.

  2. 02

    Link changed at 6:50?

Update it once on the session run page. Every enrolled student's Join button changes instantly - with a confirmation telling you how many people will see it.

  3. 03

    Attendance in under a minute

Mark all present, tap the absentees. Students who clicked Join are suggested for you to confirm.

  4. 04

    Notes up, homework in

Upload notes and the recording, then grade submissions in a keyboard-friendly gradebook.

For the institute

Every teacher, isolated

A teacher sees their own batches only. Co-teachers share a batch; nobody else can touch it.

One academic calendar

Admins build years, subjects with syllabus codes, and batches with weekly patterns and holidays.

History that survives

Attendance, marks, notes and recordings stay with the batch even after it is archived.

Ready by 6:59, not two hours before.

Join a batch, or ask us about moving your own centre across.
